However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If there is error in the engraving itself or an issue with the item due to our workmanship, we will correct the problem. If you receive a product with an engraving error caused by us or any mistake in the engraving quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
