Prefer vector: AI, PDF, EPS, SVG (fonts outlined). CAD for cut paths: DXF/DWG. Images: PNG/JPG at 300+ dpi at final size. Include dimensions and tolerances if critical.
Yes — sequential numbering, DataMatrix ECC200, QR, Code-128, etc. Provide a CSV/Excel with headers or embed fields in your drawing; we generate the set.
Most orders ship in 2–5 business days after proof approval, depending on volume and processes. Rush is often available — note your deadline in the RFQ.
No strict MOQ — we produce one-offs to large batches. Unit pricing improves with quantity; we’ll quote both small and bulk options.
We use UV-stable plastics, anodized/stainless metals, and industrial laminates. Adhesives/inks are chosen for weather, abrasion and solvents.
Yes — provide Pantone or brand specs. Engraving is typically single-colour; printing supports full CMYK/spot.
Common specs: 3M VHB, hi-tack adhesive, rivet/screw holes (incl. countersunk), slots, standoffs. Share hole size/spacing or a drawing.
We produce plates/labels to your print specs and can assist with CSA/UL-compliant markings and data layouts.
