4. Order Cancellation

Return Policy for TheEngravingShoppe

At TheEngravingShoppe, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their personalized products. However, due to the nature of our services, which include customization and personalization, our return policy has specific conditions that must be met. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

1. Return Period: Returns are only accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. This timeframe is in line with consumer protection laws in Ontario, which allow for returns of non-personalized goods within a reasonable period.

2. Personalization Exception : Since we offer personalized engraving services, returns are only permitted if there is a clear defect or damage to the product upon arrival. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the criteria outlined below.

3. Design Discrepancies: Returns will also be accepted if the final product does not match the agreed-upon design, print, or engraving specifications. In such cases, customers must provide proof of the discrepancy (e.g., photos or communication records) to qualify for a return or exchange.

4. Conditions for Return:

   • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
   • All packaging materials, including any tags or labels, must be intact.
   • A valid proof of purchase is required.
     
     

5. Refund Process: Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

6. Exclusions:

   • Items that have been customized according to customer specifications cannot be returned unless they fall under the exceptions mentioned above.
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
