Simple Fabrication Process

How It Works

Get your custom-cut decorative metal panels, signs, logos, or engraved control faceplates in 3 easy steps.

1

Configure Specs

Choose your service type, metal material, and enter approximate sizes. If you are unsure, just check the bypass option to request a consultation.

2

Provide Drawing

Drag & drop your vector files (DXF, SVG, STEP), or upload hand-drawn paper sketches. If you don't have a drawing, our design engineers will build it for you.

3

Quote & Fabrication

Fill in your name and email to submit. Our engineering team will review the parameters, send you a calculated quote, and start production immediately.

File Requirements & Recommendations

  • CAD Files: DXF (R14+), SVG, DWG, and STEP/STP cut-ready at a 1:1 scale in millimeters.
  • Sketches & Images: Clear photos of hand-drawn sketches (JPG/PNG) are accepted! Please clearly mark all key dimensions and thickness on the sketch.
  • Geometry: Closed vectors, no duplicate overlapping lines. Outlined fonts.
⚠️ Engineering Rework Note: Vector cleanup or manual CAD creation from paper sketches incurs a processing fee starting at $30.00 to make the file ready for industrial cutting.
