• Production Time: 3–7 business days. If your order falls outside this timeframe, we will notify you.
• Standard Shipping: 2–9 days. Free on orders over $200 (excluding oversized items such as coolers, banners, lightboxes, tents, etc.).

At The Engraving Shoppe, we take pride in offering personalized engraving services rather than selling standard retail products. Because each item is custom-engraved specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any engraved products.

However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If there is error in the engraving itself or an issue with the item due to our workmanship, we will correct the problem. If you receive a product with an engraving error caused by us or any mistake in the engraving quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
